Here at Sloan Electronics we have 3 Versatronic fully automatic pick and place machines. Many of our jobs are programmed on these machines as well as the faster Dimae, allowing for improved flexibility. The surface mount systems are supported by manual and automatic paisting via our Dek soldered by either infra-red or our QUAD hot air convection oven. Final inspection can incorporate the use of microscope and Mantis inspection systems.
