Much of our business has originated from very successful supply of prototype assemblies including PCB prototyping. Prototyping is a very important step in any product development and getting as much right first time is critical. We can be as involved with design and planning the build as you require. We often get involved checking components selected are suitable and not likely to become obsolete in near future.
Dependant on the complexity of the assembly and availability of components many prototypes can be supplied on very short lead times, sometimes as quick as 2-3 days. We can offer full assistance in design for production to ensure the assembly will be as robust as possible and economical to produce.
We can organise the procurement of all necessary components, PCB and stencils if required. PCB layouts & prototypes can be generated very quickly by our team of PCB engineers. Hand assembly is often the cost effective way to prototype but often at our cost we will set up the equipment to auto insert / place, just in case a repeat or urgent production run is required.
We can work with any PCB material or equivalent and are often involved in the design and supply of enclosures. We are very happy to help with any aspect of the design.
